Mediation: Pricing and Policies
The costs of the mediation include a basic administrative fee plus an hourly fee. Costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the length of the process.
*Each party is responsible for one-half of the hourly rate unless otherwise agreed upon or court-ordered.
Half-Day Reservations
Half-Day Reservations are Scheduled for 4 Hours or Less.

Pricing
If scheduling a Half Day Reservation, a minimum deposit for two hours of the session is due within three days of the appointment.

Rescheduling Policy
If you reschedule less than seven days' prior to the mediation, you forfeit the the two hour minimum deposit.

Second (or more) reschedule over seven days' notice: $100.00 fee
